CWR Mobile CRM on my Windows Mobile 6.1 device, but it doesn't work. It worked fine on my Windows Mobile 6 device. Do you support Windows Mobile 6.1?

CWR Mobile CRM runs on Windows Mobile 6.1. However, there’s an issue with the installer. The installer makes no distinction between WM6 and WM6.1. However, WM6.1 has SQL Compact 3.5 installed and WM6 has SQL Compact 3.1 installed. We use SQL Compact 3.1.
The installer sees WM6 (instead of 6.1) and thinks SQL Compact 3.1 is already installed so doesn’t install it again. The result is that SQL Compact 3.1 is not installed on your pda and the software doesn’t work.
The solution is to manually install SQL Compact 3.1 using the cab file:

- Download the zip file
- Unzip the cab file
- Deploy and run the cab file on your device
